Taking place in the enchanting confines of a former historical bank on Chapel Street, this signature dessert-art experience by the celebrated artist, designer and chocolatier will immerse guests in an extraordinary sensory journey that blurs the boundaries between art and gastronomy.

Inspired by the country's historical gold rush and recent iron ore boom, the installation captures the cultural and financial prosperity they have brought, while at the same time looking forward and reflecting on Australia’s wealth of its artists, designers, chefs, to local wears, culinary creations and native ingredients which is enriching to the nation; both cultural and financially.

Viewers are invited to venture through an inverted gold ingot shaped golden oasis where a exquisite 8-meter diamond-sculpted table sits as a centrepiece, inviting guests to join Foote on a journey of artistic culinary indulgence with this unique art dessert experience.

Bookings at Diamond Lab are limited and essential. Free viewing of the space to the public will be at selected times.
